Hide That Ugly Big Screen!

Wer schaut seine Lieblingsserien nicht gern auf einem großen Bildschirm. Wenn jedoch gerade keine Geschichten aus Licht und Magie darüber flimmern, ist das Ding schlicht hässlich, das schwarze Loch des Wohnzimmers. Unser schwarzes Loch ist momentan noch recht klein, doch kaum äußerte mein Mann die Worte "größerer Bildschirm", sprang ich an den Rechner und suchte im Internet nach Hilfe. Ich kann nicht zulassen, dass ein schwarzes Rechteck aus Glas, Metall und Plastik die Schönheit meines Zuhauses schluckt! Aber: Es gibt Hoffnung, ja durchaus. Und welch Überraschung: Die Antwort ist wie so oft: Kunst. Ich kann kaum ausdrücken, wie sehr mich das freut. Jeder Grund, Kunst zu kaufen ist willkommen - immer! Sobald also Herr Protz-Leinwand die Wohnung betritt, wird er sich von Bildern umzingelt finden. Ich lasse euch wissen, wenn es soweit ist. Jetzt erst Mal ein wenig Inspiration.

We all love watching our favorite shows on a big screen. But when there are no magical lights flickering all kinds of stories on it, that big rectangle is just plain ugly. Like the living room's black hole. Our black hole is quite small yet but as soon as my husband uttered the words "bigger screen" I jumped to the internet for help. I won't have a big piece of plastic, metal and glass ruin the beauty of my home. There is hope though, yes there is. And not surprisingly the solution is art. I can hardly tell you how happy this makes me! Every excuse to buy art is welcome - always. So as soon as Mr. Big Screen enters the house, he will find himself surrounded by pictures. I'll let you know how it turns out. For now, let's look at some inspiration.
